Were I bold enough to assume that dedicating my articles would mean anything much, this article would be dedicated to two of my co-students in the Yale Summer Institute of Bioethics program this year. They asked me through the Zoom chat if I’d be happy to expand on my reasons for veganism, when it came up in philosophical discussion. So, here I go!
