I’m Escaping the Paywall

The author, smiling through the pain.

I’ll keep this short and sweet.

This blog is like a branch that grew strong and mighty over the course of a single summer. Since then, winter has come, and it has withered and died and fallen to the ground. Now, a new branch is growing in its place — modern, sleeker, prettier.

A new branch hosted on my new Squarespace site.

I’m not writing here anymore. I like to think it’s because I’ve outgrown the mould that Medium sets on what does well and what does not.

In reality, it’s because I am slowly moving towards total independence. That, and Medium has shrunk, I feel, since the glory days.

My ‘new’ website has existed for a while. But only very recently have I started to have plans for it.

Plans that include running a Christmas ultramarathon for charity.

Plans that include setting up a new business to revolutionise nutrition education in the PT industry.

Plans that include… well… more of what I’m doing now. Being a vegan campaigner and educator. Spreading the message.

As part of that, I’m collapsing my online presence into a more nucleated format, and formally abandoning this long-abandoned ship, for greener pastures and smoother waters.

If you’ve ever liked anything I wrote, and you want a more regular, high-quality newsletter — please head over to my new place.

It’s better.

And it’s free.

See you there. ;)
